We realize everyone has busy schedules and you need to have your service done when it is convenient for you.  This is why we invite you to try any of our certified designers without hesitation.  We also encourage the sharing of service between designers.  This means that one designer may service you for your color and another for your cut and finish.  We utilize the knowledge and expertise of our entire team to give a palette of image enhancing options that will make you look and feel your absolute best.

The YOU salon experience!

Building the trust is the key to a successful service, which is why we have developed a personalized consultation system that focuses on all of your hair care needs. 

Your YOU salon experience will begin with an extended appointment time which will allow for your designer to get to know and understand your lifestyle, personal needs and hair challenges.  They will listen, help and guide you towards a cut, color and style that will compliment your face shape, lifestyle, and styling abilities.  You will receive recommendations for necessary hair care products that will help support the color, cut and style.

During the preparation of the service, our trained support staff will customize your shampooing experience by utilizing the recommended hair care products that will prepare the hair’s foundation for a great “look”.

During the styling segment of your visit, your designer will give you a customized styling lesson that will teach you how to achieve the look at home.  Your products and brushes will be customized for you from our centralized styling unit.  Some of the techniques taught during your blow dry lesson may include: application of product, choice of brushes, use of blow dryers and irons as well as helpful tips to make your styling process easier for you.

As an added bonus you will be enrolled into our guest reward program so you can begin to earn points and rewards on future services and products.
